Privacy
3WordsADay is a personal project. I built it to learn Swedish myself and opened it to anyone who wants to learn along. It is free, and it will stay simple.
Who is responsible
Amit Jugran, Stockholm, Sweden, is responsible for your data. Write to privacy@3wordsaday.se with any question or request.
What I store
Your email address, your time zone, and where you are in the course (which day, and which emails were sent). When you sign up, a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address is kept for at most a day to stop abuse. The real address is never stored.
Why
To send you one lesson a day, which is what you will receive when you confirmed your email. You can withdraw that at any time by unsubscribing.
Who helps run it
- Resend sends the emails.
- Supabase stores the data, in Stockholm.
- Lovable and Cloudflare host the website.
- Google Workspace handles replies to hello@3wordsaday.se.
None of them may use your data for anything else. Nothing is sold, and the emails contain no tracking pixels.
How long
- Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 7 days.
- If you unsubscribe, I keep your address and its status, so I never email you by mistake and you can come back later. Ask, and I will delete it completely.
- Addresses that bounce or report spam are kept on a block list so they are never emailed again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can unsubscribe in one click from any email. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
On this website
The puzzle pages remember your results in your own browser only. The website host collects anonymous usage statistics.
